Coping with technology over the 30 years, the company is today specialized particularly in manufacturing Pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, FMCG, and specialty packaging for many international brands. Colour Impressions carries out its manufacturing operations at international standards in its factory situated in Rajpura, Punjab -India. All the production is made in this factory from start to finish.

Machine Park
Our state-of-the-art technology machines operate as fully-integrated with each other and they have mutually complementary features. It’s out of the question to stop the production as there is a machinery park available with the ability to bring many works into the production process at the same time. Thanks to our diversity of Pre-Printing, Printing and Post-Printing machines, we bring each work into the production within our structure and dispatch under the same roof.

Our highest technology printing machines can spontaneously control inconvenient production and make production process perfect. We have also invested in one of a kind packaging inspection machine which can control the finished product with highly sensitive cameras with full speed.

Green Printing
In our world, as people become more conscious, a lot of projects are being implemented intended for protecting the nature and natural life, associations are being founded and conscious people provide significant supports for them. As Colour Impressions, we also care much of nature.
Papers have the biggest impact in protecting the nature for ourselves as printing houses. Besides that, printing inks that we use to print on those papers, should also be nature-friendly so that we can completely make a nature-friendly production.
We, as Colour Impressions, use ecological (generally soy-based) printing inks. And it is a scientific fact that using these inks reduces air pollution. We were and we are always going to be proud of being implementers of nature-friendly technologies in the works of our professional field.

Graphic Design
Nowadays, wherever we look at, we see a graphic or a design trying to attract our attentions or give messages. This applies to any kinds of products and events you can think about. Understanding the importance of graphic and design in printing is equivalent to succeeding the most part of that work. If the products are not designed well before the printing stage, then it means that all of the processes, efforts and money are wasted. We tried to benefit from the opportunities provided by the technology since we were first established. We have reflected to our employees that a well-designed work is the basis for a healthy production.
We develope faster, creative and dynamic options for our customers everyday. Our graphic and design team comprising of 8 people, designs and prepares any kind of work optimally for the printing and provides the basis of a perfect packaging.
Pre-Printing
The most important function of the pre-printing part is the process of making the electronically prepared work to be physically ready for the printing machines. Nowadays, the most important technology used for that process is CTP (Computer to Plate), i.e. an automatic exposure machine from computer to the plates. Thanks to that technology, it is possible to start printing in a few minutes. Besides, CTP is a technology which maximizes the clarity and the quality of the print directly. In this division, we provide an uninterrupted production for our customers for their any sized works with our inhouse CTP machines.
In addition, there is a fully compatible communication between machines with the help of the integration of Kodak Prepess Interface established by Kodak. As our speed increases by virtue of this interface, we can catch serious decreases in loss rates. The works of which moulds are taken and prepared for the print by CTP machines are controlled in ‘’Kodak Image Control’’ a world leading spectrophotometric measuring device developed by Kodak before the printing during test process. Thus, we have the opportunity to measure the colors automatically and arrange if required during the entire process.
Printing
At the heart of our operation, Colour Impressions Printing operates some of the industry’s most versatile pressrooms. We can respond to any kind of customers and any sized of works with our multi colored offset machines in several sizes. Our Komori Offset machines are capable of printing up to 16500 paper/cartonboard per hour. And they are connected to Image Control machine in order to maximize the quality.
So, the colors in your works are highly monitored within the bounds of the technology and if required, they are corrected automatically. Our expertise and competence in this area is born of many years experience, and we regularly provide guidance and information to our customers.
Post-Printing
It is a part that can be divided into many divisions in itself and that allows to enhance the printed work with beautiful details and to add several details. There are lots of varieties changing from hot foil to cellophane or to embossing. Our advantage is being able to do all post-print processes within our facility. The packaging of yours received by Colour Impressions is produced under Colour Impressions roof from designing phase to the last form. Therefore, we will be able to provide you a 100% manageable process.
